Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop online, and add any floral sundries that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday for UK delivery can be dispatched on the same day and delivered the next working day (or Saturday) - please choose your preferred delivery date during the checkout process. If your order is not time sensitive, please choose our economy delivery option.
We do not despatch orders at the weekend or on any public holiday. Online deliveries can only be in the UK.

If you require anything that is not shown on our website please telephone to check for availability.

We must be notified of any shortages or damages within 48 hours of delivery.

We are not responsible for theft or damage of your order once delivered, however if your order has been damaged in transit we will replace the item providing photographic evidence is supplied by email.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of 20% VAT.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. A full refund will then be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item. Please ensure that the product is returned in it's original packaging, with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. Return postage is the customers' responsibility unless there has been an error on our part. If your item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 14 days. Before a replacement item will be despatched or the damaged item refunded, we will require images of the damage in order for us to claim against the couriers.
