Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add any floral sundries that you wish to buy to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. For full instuctions on how to order your floristry supplies, please refer to our page entitled 'How to Order Online'.
We accept most credit and debit card payments, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. ApplePay and GooglePay options are also available.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when payment has been processed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday for UK delivery can be dispatched on the same day and delivered the next working day (or Saturday). Very rarely, our couriers may take 2 working days for delivery, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays that are out of our control.
We do not despatch orders at the weekend or on any public holiday. Deliveries can only be made within the UK.

We must be notified of any shortages or damages within 48 hours of delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders that are deemed high risk and request alternative payment methods.
We are not responsible for theft or damage of your order once delivered, however if your order has been damaged in transit we will replace the item providing photographic evidence is supplied by email. We will generally need an image of the damaged item, an image of the item within it's packaging and an image of the shipping label.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of 20% VAT.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website or payment server.

Refunds/Returns Policy
Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. A full product refund will then be processed within 14 days of us receiving the item. Refunds will be granted when the item is returned in the original packaging, unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.
Return postage is the customers' responsibility unless there has been an error on our part. If you refuse a courier delivery then you will also be charged a return fee equal to the original delivery charge.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 14 days. Before a replacement item will be despatched or the damaged item refunded, we will require images of the damage in order for us to claim against the couriers.
