How to Order Online

The instructions below refer to customers purchasing on a PC.

Ordering on a PC is preferred, however if you need detailed instructions for ordering from our mobile site, please click here.

1. Browse our range of floral sundries products and when you've found the first item that you want to buy click 'Buy'.
2. Select the delivery method and then click 'Confirm'.
3. You are now in the basket screen. If you require an amount more than '1', change the quantity and click 'Update'.
4. If you are purchasing more items, click the grey 'Continue Shopping' button. Every time you add an item, you will be directed to your shopping basket.
5. When you have finished shopping and you are in the basket screen click 'Checkout'. (If you have a discount voucher enter it and click 'Apply Discount' before clicking 'Checkout).
6. Returning customers click the radio button, enter your email and password then click 'Retrieve'.
7. Guest checkout click the radio button 'Guest Checkout' and enter your billing details.
8. Returning customers check the box if you would like to be on our email mailing list for special offers, news, discounts and promotions and feel free to read our Terms and Conditions. Click 'Proceed'.
9. Guest checkout enter your billing details check the box if you would like to be on our email mailing list for special offers, news, discounts and promotions and feel free to read our Terms and Conditions. Click 'Next'.
10. Returning customers choose your billing address or an alternative delivery address, check your details, choose your preferred payment option and then click 'Confirm & Pay'.
11. Guest checkout now has the option to create a password. This enables your billing address and previous delivery addresses to be saved automatically. If you want to skip this step, click 'Next'.
12. Delivery details page. You can add a new delivery address or click to send to your billing address. Enter any relevant delivery instructions. If appropriate select an occasion. The card message (we do not provide written cards if you fill this field in) and reminder fields can be safely ignored.
13. Select your payment method and then click 'Confirm and Pay'.
14. Once your payment has been successfully received on our secure payment servers, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Ordering on our Mobile WEBsite

1. Browse our range of floral sundries products and when you've found the first item that you want to buy click 'Buy now'.
2. Select the delivery method and then click 'Confirm'.
3. You are now in the basket screen. If you require an amount more than '1', click 'Go back to the shop' to add more of the same. Currently it's not possible to update the quantity on the basket page.
4. If you are purchasing more items, click the 'Go back to the shop' link. Every time you add an item, you will be directed to your shopping basket.
5. When you have finished shopping and you are in the basket screen click 'Checkout'. (If you have a discount voucher enter it and click 'Apply' before clicking 'Checkout).
6. Returning customers Enter your email and password then click 'Retrieve'.
7. Guest checkout fill in your email address. If you want to save your details for your next visit, you can create a password or click 'Proceed' to skip this stage.
8. Returning customers check your billing details, read our Terms and Conditions and then click 'Proceed'.
9. Guest checkout enter your billing details and choose delivery address to your billing address or to an alternative address then click 'Proceed'.
10. Returning customers choose your billing address or an alternative delivery address, check your details, choose your preferred payment option and then click 'Confirm & Pay'.
11. Guest checkout confirmation screen. If all details are correct, click 'Confirm & Pay'.
12. Once your payment has been successfully received on our secure payment servers, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
