Delivery Information

• Order online 24/7. We despatch all orders same day if ordered by 12pm Midday Monday to Friday.
• On the day of your delivery, normally by 11am DPD will send you notification of an estimated delivery time, please ensure you have provided a mobile telephone number to facilitate this.
• Please note that DPD enjoy a 98% success rate for on time, next working day deliveries however, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays or errors that are out of our control and in rare cases, your order will be delivered in 2 working days or delivered to your nearest DPD pick up shop for collection.

£9.99: Weekday 2-5 day standard delivery service by fully tracked courier (Highlands & Islands)

• All U.K postcodes are covered.
• We do not despatch floristry supplies on UK public bank holidays or at the weekend.
• DPD carry out deliveries from 7am until 9pm.
• Please do not enter any data in the 'Delivery Instructions' field, please inform DPD of any delivery instructions via their App. It is in your interest to look out for, and respond to, notifications from DPD. If you are not going to be in during the designated 1 hour delivery slot and you do not specify delivery instructions then your parcel will be delivered to a local DPD pick up shop for you to collect.
• Please note that DPD do not leave your order on your doorstep or by the front door even if you request it. Orders must be delivered safely to the recipient, a safeplace or to a neighbour.

DPD designate the following postcodes as Highlands & Islands which incur a higher delivery charge*:

AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, FK2, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA2-4, PA6-7, PA20-80, PH2-4, PH17-50, TR21-25 & ZE.

Please note: You must choose the correct courier delivery service if you are in any of the designated Highlands and Islands postcodes. If you are unsure, please feel free to message us before placing your order.
